Randomizers!

I just can't help myself. I get an idea in my head and I roll with it. After dealing with the last offering I had an idea for randomizers. I put two together. The first, Random List Item, is very simple. When supplied with an Aot List it will return a single, random item from the list. The second is a bit more complex and requires the first to function. When supplied with an Aot Dictionary, it uses the Dictionary Value as a weight system and returns the Dictionary Key as the randomly chosen item.
